For most do-it-yourselfers this is pretty easy. We state that a 1 ¼” x 2 ½” cut out is needed with 1 ½” of depth required. A genuine rule product, don't settle for anything less. It’s meant for applications where the bilge pump is equipped with an automatic float switch and you want the ability to turn the pump on manually, turn it off completely or to leave it set in the automatic mode operating from a float switch.
